EDISON, N.J. – For the fourth consecutive season, the Niagara University women's lacrosse team set a program record for MAAC All-Academic members with 24 announced by the league office on Wednesday. The Purple Eagles placed 17 on last season's team, 15 in 2019, and 14 in 2018.

Niagara's 24 student-athletes were tied for second most in the league. To be eligible for the MAAC All-Academic Team, a student athlete must complete two semesters at their institution and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or above on a 4.0 scale.
