EDISON, N.J. – The MAAC has announced updates to the remainder of the Niagara women's basketball schedule.

The Purple Eagles will host Quinnipiac on Saturday, Feb. 27 and Sunday, Feb. 28.

Niagara will play at Siena on March 4 and 5.

The dates of the Purple Eagles' series' with Saint Peter's and Fairfield are still to be determined.

Niagara's series with Canisius is cancelled after the Griffs announced that they will not be playing the rest of the 2020-21 season.

"As the MAAC heads into the final third of the regular season, the focus remains on scheduling games to ensure all teams can reach the NCAA minimum of 13," noted MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor. "It is unlikely all teams will play 20 conference games and the MAAC will not attempt to use single mid-week games to reach that number. Instead, mid-week games will be used strategically to assist in having all teams reach the NCAA AQ minimum and to match select teams that could possibly clarify tie-breaking scenarios for MAAC Championship seeding purposes."
