   The Niagara Purple Eagles wrap up their Garden State road trip against the Saint Peter's Peacocks on Sunday, February 24 at 2 p.m.
 
Scene Setter
•  The Purple Eagles halted a four-game skid with a 78-73 win over the Fairfield Stags on February 17.
•  Niagara started its final road trip of the season with a 96-81 defeat versus the Rider Broncs on February 22.
•  Saint Peter's clipped Niagara, 74-72, on a 3-pointer with six seconds remaining in the game when the teams met last month in the Gallagher Center.
•  The Peacocks have won the last two meetings, which is the longest win streak by either team in the series since Niagara won five straight from January 2012 to December 2014, as the teams alternated wins in the previous 10 meetings prior to the first meeting this season.
•  Chris Casey was an assistant coach at Saint Peter's from 1990-98 where he helped the Peacocks to the 1991 and 1995 MAAC Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances.

•  Dominic Robb is three blocks away from tying Joe Arlauckas ('87), who finished his career with 220 blocks, for most blocks in program history.
•  Dominic Robb LEADS the MAAC in total blocks (61) and blocks per game (2.1) while ranking 19th and 29th, respectively, in those categories nationally. Robb's 61 blocks are sixth most in a season in program history.
•  Marvin Prochet is fifth in the MAAC in scoring with a career-high 16.1 points per game and third in rebounding with 7.4 boards per game. His career-high 43.9 three-point field goal percent LEADS the league and is 20th in the nation. 
•  Dominic Robb is 13 points away from joining teammate Marvin Prochet in the 1,000-Point Club. Robb would join Joe Arlauckas as the only Purple Eagles in program history with 1,000 career points and 200 career blocks.
•  James Towns is third in the MAAC in free throw percentage with a career-high 81.7 percent. Towns is also averaging career-high numbers in assists per game (3.7) and in assist/turnover ratio (1.6).
•  Raheem Solomon has scored in double figures in seven of the last 10 games.
•  In the last four games, Marcus Hammond is averaging 11.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.8 assists, while shooting over 61 percent from the field and 71 percent from 3-pointers.
•  The Purple Eagles lead the conference in 3-point field goal percentage (.397) in MAAC games with Marcus Hammond sitting in first place in the MAAC at 60 percent (18-for-30).
•  The Purple Eagles LEAD the MAAC in free throw percentage (.736), and is second in the conference in blocks per game (3.8) and total blocks (106).
•  According to KenPom.com, the Purple Eagles rank seventh in the nation in opponent free throw rate (24.1) which captures a team's ability to get to the free-throw line.

•  Saint Peter's snapped an eight-game losing streak with a 65-59 win at Marist on February 22.
•  The Peacocks lead the MAAC in blocked shots per game (5.3) and in total blocks (142) while ranking ninth and tenth, respectively, nationally.
•  Senior Davauhnte Turner leads the team in scoring with 16.5 points per game, which places him third among MAAC leaders this season.
•  Samuel Idowu, who is second in the league in blocks, joins Turner in double figures scoring at 10.7 per game.
 
Against The Peacocks (Niagara Leads 51-34)
•  Since the start of the 2013-14 season, eight of the last 11 matchups between the two programs have been decided by six points or less.
