NU Defeated In Tri-Meet With Colgate and Canisius

HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Purple Eagles were beaten in a tri-meet with Colgate and Canisius on Saturday, losing to the Raiders, 112-107, and falling to the Griffs, 160-72.

Meet Notes
  • Colin Lang won both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives. He had a total score of 233.30 in the 1-meter dive and 222.40 in the 3-meter dive.
  • The relay team of Noah Brooks, Edgar Melchor, Dalton Stier and Tyler Prosser took second in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:37.84.
  • Prosser took second in the 50 free (22.39)
  • Melchor took second in the 100 breast with a time of 58.85 and placed third in the 200 free, finishing the event with a time of 1:47.90.
  • Brooks placed second in the 100 back with a time of 55.10 and took third in the 200 IM with a time of 2:03.03.
  • Stier swam the 100 fly in 53.10 to finish the event in third place. He also finished third in the 500 free with a time of 4:59.44.
