Game Recap
- The Purple Eagles, who defeated the Bulls 22-15 in a high-scoring contest one week ago, struck first in the teams' second matchup. In the top of the first inning, with bases loaded, McCauley singled to left field, scoring Tanner Kirwer. Michael Gabriele then scored on a throwing error by Buffalo's left fielder. Philippe Langlois grounded out to first, giving Peter Battaglia enough time to score and put NU ahead, 3-0.
- In the bottom of the second, a hit by pitch with bases loaded, an RBI single, a three RBI triple and a two-run homerun helped the Bulls take the lead, 7-3.
- Niagara quickly made a comeback. In the top of the fifth, Gabriele reached base on a fielder's choice, sending Darian Blanks home. Langlois reached base on an error by first with bases loaded, scoring Kirwer. A single to center field from Wyatt Olson drove in two runs and a sacrifice fly from Geoff Seto scored the final run of the inning to put the Purple Eagles back in the lead, 9-7.
- A homerun from the Bulls in the bottom of the sixth and an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth tied things up, 9-9, and forced the game to extra innings. A homerun from Brian Dudek in the bottom of the tenth secured the victory for the Bulls.

- McCauley and Olson led Niagara with two RBI each.
- McCauley had a team-high and Kirwer had a team-high three hits each and Kirwer lead the team with two stolen bases.
- Matt McCuen (2-4) struck out one batter and allowed two earned runs in 1.1 innings pitched.
