First pitch of game one has been moved up 90 minutes due to the impending inclement weather on Thursday, and the doubleheader will now start at 1:30 p.m.

Last Time OutÂ
- Niagara (2-14, 0-0 MAAC) fell into early deficits in both games of a doubleheader at Cleveland State on March 25, but fought back each game before losing by one run. The Purple Eagles fell by scores of 10-9 and 5-4.
- In the first game, Niagara surrendered eight straight runs in the first three innings, but scored two in the top of the fourth before a five-run sixth inning brought the score to 8-7.
- The Vikings responded with two runs to reopen a three-run lead in the sixth. Niagara scored twice in the top of the seventh and had two runners on base with two outs, but could not find the tying run.
- Bridget Hogan and Sarah March each drove in two runs in game one, pushing their season totals to five and six, respectively.
- The Purple Eagles fell 5-4 in game two, with Jessica Chandler hitting a solo homer in the fifth before Jennifer Timm made it a one-run game with a three-run home run, her second of the season.
- Niagara has been led at the plate by Hogan and March, who are both hitting .340 (17-for-50) on the season and have on-base percentages over .350.

- As a team, Niagara ranks seventh in the MAAC in four categories:Â batting average (.240), doubles per game (1.0), homeruns per game (0.5) and slugging percentage (.337).
- Bridget Hogan is second in the conference with 0.31 doubles per game.
- Sierra Bertrand is leading the MAAC and 47th in the NCAA with 7.9 strikeouts per seven innings.
- Bertrand leads the team with a 3.10 ERA and a 2-2 record as a freshman.

- Niagara will open its MAAC schedule to start the month of April, heading to Marist to play the Red Foxes on Saturday, April 2 before taking on Quinnipiac Sunday, April 3. Both of those doubleheaders are slated to begin at 12 p.m.
