NIAGARA UNI., N.Y. – The women’s swimming and diving teams return to the Oxy Center when they host Youngstown State this Friday, Oct. 28.
Despite coming off a loss to the Fredonia Blue Devils, 140-103, this past Friday, they saw strong individual performances across the board. Junior
Lindsey Jackson clocked in at 11:04.35 in the 1000-yard freestyle for a first place finish. She also earned top honors in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.49).
Sophomore
Ashley Harrington won the 200-yard IM, clocking in at 2:16.87 while fellow sophomore
Erica Crane earned a first place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:11.30). Junior
Aubrey Kettrick earned top honors in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 1:59.79 as well as the 100-yard freestyle (54.80).
Emily Kisloski clocked in at 5:30.84 in the 500-yard freestyle for a second place finish while the 200-yard medley relay team of
Julia Bulmahn, Crane,
Renee Parsons and Kettrick made a great effort, coming in second with a time of 1:55.17.
The meet is set to begin at 5 p.m.
