2006: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Saw action in eight contests, starting one...Got off two shots in start at Detroit (Oct. 15)...Participated in 5-0 shutout of Saint Peter’s (Sept. 29).

 

2005: Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team...Played in seven matches, including four MAAC contests and the MAAC quarterfinal game against Canisius (Oct. 28)...Saw time in four of Niagara’s five shutouts...Took one shot vs. Albany (Aug. 26).

 

2004: Played against Temple (Sept. 3) and Marist (Oct. 10).

 

Lewiston-Porter High School: Named first team all-league as a senior and honorable mention as a sophomore…Played in the Exceptional Senior All-Star game…Named the Niagara Frontier League Defensive Player of the Year in 2003…Four-year letterwinner…Helped team to an 11-4-3 record in 2003…Played club for the Niagara Pioneer…Played basketball and ran track…Named first- and second-team all-conference, Most Coachable, Best Hurdler and Field Event participant in track.

 

Personal: Born Dec. 26, 1985, in Lewiston, N.Y....Daughter of Mike and Kathryn Moreland…Mother played basketball at Niagara from 1976-78...Has an older sister, Kristyn, and a younger sister, Caitlin…Majoring in biology.
