Kendrick Tarmino

Kendrick Tarmino joins Niagara University as assistant coach and first assistant under head coach Donny George in January 2025.

She plays a pivotal role in all facets of the women’s soccer program, serving as camp coordinator and recruiting coordinator while contributing to on-field coaching, player development, and strategic planning.

“Kendrick’s leadership as my captain at St. Bonaventure and her seamless transition to coaching reflect her exceptional talent and dedication,” said head coach Donny George. “Her ability to connect with players and drive our recruiting efforts will transform our program.”

Tarmino served as an assistant coach under George at St. Bonaventure University during the 2024 season, her first coaching role, which George offered her after she earned her master’s degree.

A 2023 St. Bonaventure graduate, Tarmino was a cornerstone of the Bonnies’ women’s soccer program, appearing in 74 games from 2019 to 2023 and logging over 6,500 minutes. As team captain in 2023, she showcased outstanding leadership, guiding the team through a competitive Atlantic 10 season.

A native of Fairport, N.Y., Tarmino brings extensive experience from youth development camps, both in her hometown and during her time at St. Bonaventure, enhancing her role as Niagara’s camp coordinator.

She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from St. Bonaventure, blending academic rigor with her coaching expertise.

Having followed George from St. Bonaventure to Niagara, Tarmino’s deep understanding of his coaching philosophy, combined with her proven leadership and recruiting acumen, positions her to make a significant impact on the Purple Eagles in 2025.
