Why Niagara?
“I choose Niagara University because of the opportunity for me to get a wonderful education, play lacrosse, and be close to home. I fell in love with the campus immediately and the atmosphere at NU is a perfect fit for me.”
On the Field
A two-time team captain at Niagara (2015-16) and a 2015 MAAC All-Academic honoree...Finished third on Niagara with 13 caused turnovers in 2015...Also collected 26 ground balls and 16 draw controls as a junior...As a sophomore, played in all 16 games and finished second on Niagara with 27 ground balls…Earned a career-best 10 draw controls and forced eight turnovers...Started in all 16 games as a rookie...Picked up 20 ground balls, which was good enough for sixth on the team...Collected six draw controls and caused eight turnovers.

Born in Eden, NY…Daughter of William and Anne Benedict…Has a sister, Kaitlin and two brothers, Matthew and Michael, who played on the NU Hockey team… Enrolled in the education program.
