Hawryschuk joined the Niagara women's lacrosse staff in July of 2022.
Hawryschuk attended Syracuse University, where she was a five-year member of the women's lacrosse team. During her playing career, Hawryschuk was a three-time All-ACC First Team, IWLCA All-Region, Tewaaraton Award Watch List member, and two-time IWLCA All-American.
The attack finished her career as the Orange's all-time leader in goals scored (272). She also accumulated 69 assists, 341 points, and 134 draw controls during her collegiate career.
Hawryschuk is a member of the USA Training Team and was the 13th overall selection in the Athletes Unlimited 2022 College Draft.
As a coach, Hawryschuk has worked with multiple camps and clinics, including the Syracuse Elite Camp, Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club Camp, Liverpool Lacrosse Camp, Aces Lacrosse Club Clinics, Cicero-North Syracuse Clinic, and South Jefferson Lacrosse Clinic. She has also worked with Victor Girls Youth Lacrosse as a youth coach since 2016.
Hawryschuk earned her Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting in May 2020 and her Master's in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises the following May from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. She also earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Intercollegiate Athletic Advising & Support from Syracuse's School of Education this past May. She was a four-time ACC All-Academic honoree and a six-time Athletic Director's Honor Roll member.
