Philip Rhodes joined the Niagara University hockey staff in 2018-19. Rhodes joined the team prior to the 2018-19 season as a graduate assistant, and was promoted to the Director of Hockey Operations prior to the 2019-20 season. He is responsible for daily operations, maintaining the team's scholarship cap, pre-scouting opponents and analytics.
Rhodes came to Monteagle Ridge after spending three seasons with the Dubuque Fighting Saints. He joined the USHL club as a hockey operations intern in August 2015 and became the Director of Hockey Operations prior to the start of the 2017–2018 season. In his time in Dubuque, he was responsible for the team's daily operations, hockey budget, and team travel.
Rhodes has previous experience with SC Riessersee of the DEL2 in Garmisch, Germany where he worked with both the business and hockey operations sides of the team.
Rhodes graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Loras College in 2017.
