Why Niagara?
It was the best fit for me to get an education and play Division 1 baseball. I wanted to join a team with a lot of potential. I want a MAAC championship for my teammates and the university.

2014 (Junior)
Firenzi had an impressive 2014 campaign where he started 47 games...His 53 hits in 187 at bats gave him a .283 aves srage and a .358 slugging percentage...He was second on the team with two home runs and seventh with 13 RBIs...He lead the team with 11 stolen bases which helped him accumulate his 35 runs scored.

Before Niagara
Firenzi comes to Monteagle Ridge from the West Coast where he attended the College of Marin in Kentfield, Ca.

He was a two-sport standout for four years at Marin Catholic High School...won the St. Sebastian Award for baseball in his freshman and the Leadership Award as a senior...In the summers of 2012 and 2013 he took the diamond for the California Warriors of the Far West Baseball League...This last summer he was named the team/league MVP and made the All-League First Team.
