Appeared in 27 games while making 24 starts, 15 starts came behind the plate…notched 19 hits while hitting three homers and driving in 13 runs…drew five walks while scoring 17 runs…hit his first Division I homer against UNC-Asheville on Mar. 9, he hit two homers against the Bulldogs

Before Niagara: Attended Fresno State for the 2023 season and made his debut on Feb. 23 at Fresno State as a 9th-inning defensive replacement. Spent two seasons at Pierce College for the 2021 & 2022 seasons. High school career consisted of playing at Bellarmine Prep, playing a number of three varsity seasons, and getting honored with 1^st team all-SPSL, All state honors, and Defensive player of the year in 2019. Takayoski was a two-sport athlete, also playing football. Takayoski chose Niagara because, “great fit for me and love the team and culture”.

Personal: Son of Todd and Saori Takayoski…has two siblings Teagan and Taryn…father Todd played with the Los Angeles minor league organization and is now a minor league hitting coach with the Oakland Athletics
