Why Niagara?
“Niagara University is the best fit for me as a scholar and an athlete. The finance program at Niagara will provide me the knowledge to achieve my long term goals while continuing my baseball career at the collegiate level.”

2017 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 26 games and started in 16...Finished the season with 12 hits, 12 runs, six RBI and .211 batting average. 

2016 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 24 games and started in 13...His best game of the season was against Western Carolina, where he went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate.

2015 (Freshman)
Bernick appeared in 29 games as a freshman and started 18 games...On the field, Bernick finished the season with a fielding percentage of .929.

Before Niagara
A four-year varsity team letterman on the baseball team at Baldwin High School...As a senior, he helped lead Baldwin to the 2014 WPIAL Finals while earning All-WPIAL 2nd Team...Also played for Carl Nordstrom of the Pittsburgh Minors...Off the field he maintained a 3.8 GPA and was involved in the National Honor Society and received Highest Honor Roll.
