2006 MAAC All-Academic

 

2006: Made a career-high 17 appearances, starting one…Posted a 1-1 record with a 3.60 earned run average…Was 1-0 in 11 MAAC appearances with a 0.00 ERA…Held all opponents to a team-best .236 batting average and conference opponents to a .152 average…Did not allow a hit to 13 left-handed hitters…Allowed only 3 of 16 leadoff hitters to reach base…Struck out a season-high three batters in three innings of work vs. St. Bonaventure (April 25)…Did not allow an earned run in 12 of 20 appearances.

 

2005: Medical redshirt.

 

2004: Made two starts in 11 appearances…Was 1-0 with the third-best ERA on the team (4.34)…Pitched 18.2 innings…Made first collegiate start in a 13-3 win over Youngstown State (May 11)…Collected his first collegiate win with personal bests in innings (6.0) and strikeouts (3) vs. the Penguins...Had four three-strikeout games…Went 3.1 innings in four appearances before giving up an earned run…Gave up only two extra base hits.

St. Mary’s High School: Drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 2002 Major League Baseball draft...Led Team Alberta in hitting at the 2001 Canada Cup…Played two years for Team Alberta and was invited to join the Canadian Junior National Team.
