Why Niagara?
"I chose Niagara because it offers a great education while allowing me to play Division I baseball"

2015 (Junior)
Appeared and started in eight games...Finished the season with a .235 batting average and a .983 fielding percentage.

2014 (Sophomore)
Rodgers played primarily on the left side of the infield for Niagara in 2014...At the plate, Rodgers ended the season with a .308 avg. which was good enough for second best on the team...He led the team in RBI’s with 33...His best game in ’14 was against NC Central; he went 3-for-5 at the plate with two doubles and four RBI’s on the way to Niagara's 22-2 victory.

2013 (Freshman)
Appeared in 50 games, including 48 starts, as a freshman...Third on the team with a .269 batting average...Second on the team with eight doubles and two homeruns...Went a perfect 6-for-6 in stolen bases...Went 3-for-4 with three RBIs agaisnt Saint Peter's on April 13.

Before Niagara
Rodgers joins the Purple Eagles following a great career with the prestigious Langley Blaze of the BCPBL...He started while splitting time between shortstop and second base during his two years with Coach Doug Mathieson...Rodgers was a member of Team British Columbia for the Pacific Northwest Championship and multiple Perfect Game WWBA tournaments throughout the U.S...  As a prep for Fleetwood Park, Rodgers was a four sport athlete; he played rugby, basketball, and volleyball in addition to baseball...He earned MVP honors in each sport and was named Fleetwood Park Athlete of the Year in each of his four years...  Rodgers was also named to the All-Conference team as an infielder... He demonstrated his leadership and service as an instructor at the Big League Experience Baseball Camp in British Columbia.
