Why Niagara?
"I chose to attend Niagara because of the small school atmosphere and the location of the college is perfect because I only live an hour away. Also, Niagara offers me the chance to play Division I baseball, which is something I've always dreamed of! It also allows me to get a great education. I can't wait to build a winning tradition with my teammates at Niagara on the baseball field and do great in the classroom!"

Before Niagara
In his senior season, Hillabush was named a Genesee Region All-Star, was selected to the All-State Class C First Team and was named Genesee Region Player of the Year...He set a school record for strikeouts in a single game with 17 in his senior season...Was named the team MVP in both his junior and senior seasons...In his junior year, he was named to the All-State Class B Second Team, as well as being named a Genesee Region All-Star...Was named the 2016 Rochester Collegiate Baseball League Pitcher of the Year...A four-year high honor roll honoree, Hillabush competed at the club level with the Muny AAA Orvilles.

Son of Roy and Diann...Has one brother, Craig...Plans to pursue a degree in social studies education.
