Biography

Why Niagara?
"Niagara gave me the opportunity to pursue my education as well as fulfill my lifelong goal of playing Division I baseball. I flet like the environment, the coaching and the people on campus made it an easy decision for me to attend the school. I wanted to go out of California to explore somewhere new and to play ball on the East Coast."

2015 (Junior)
Appeared in 19 games and started 11...Finished the season with a .273 batting average.

2013 (Freshman)
Made 44 total appearances with 39 starts in his freshman campaign...Hit .224 with six doubles and 21 RBIs...Hit his first career homerun in the seventh inning of a 7-5 win over the nationally ranked Pittsburgh Panthers...Named to the Third Team All-MAAC. 

Before Niagara
A Southern California native, Vangeison, comes to Niagara from Murrieta Valley High School where he played four years of varsity baseball...He earned team Offensive MVP as a sophomore in 2010...Because of his success on the field he was invited to the Stanford University baseball camp as a junior and senior...  Vangeison spent his summers playing club baseball for the Southern California Bombers and Coach Ed Sifuentes.
