2022 (Senior)
Recorded a career-best 27 digs (0.31 digs per set)...added 41 blocks (1 solo block, 40 block assists) and 117 kills. Named to the 2022 MAAC All-Academic team. Played in 51 sets and 16 matches in the 2022 season, bringing her career total to 94 sets and 41 matches played in 4 years for the Purple Eagles.
2021 (Junior)
Recorded a career-best 21 digs… Also added 14 kills and 10 blocks… Had a career-high eight digs at Canisius on Nov. 4...Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2020 (Sophomore)
Recorded nine kills and five digs on the season...Also added four block assists
2019 (Freshman)
Did not compete in the 2019 season.Â
Before Niagara
Simpson played in 1,040 sets and recorded 442 kills and 347 assists...She was named the 2018 Area Player of the Year, and over the course of her career, also earned All-District Team, All-Region Team and All-State Second Team honors...Simpson played club volleyball for Asics KIVA 18 Red, and also qualified for its national team...Simpson was a four-year honor roll student and was an Academic All-State honoree.
