Niagara University Athletics

2020:
Appeared in all seven games, recorded six ground balls, and corralled two draw controls. Was also a member of the MAAC academic honor roll.

Coach Stone and the team are so welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable. At Niagara I can grow academically and athletically, while playing lacrosse with this great team."

2018:
Named to the 2018 MAAC All-Rookie Team after her freshman season...Played in 17 games and started in 17 games...Defensively, collected 22 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers...Season-high with three ground balls vs. Binghamton (Feb. 17), at San Diego State (March 6), and vs. Iona (March 24)...Season-high with two caused turnovers at San Diego State (March 6), vs. Bryant (March 17), vs. Iona (March 24), and at Rutgers (March 27).

Before Niagara:
Named the 2015 Co-Defensive Player of the Year and three-year Scholar Athlete (2014-16) at Fayetteville-Manlius High School...Earned Central New York Counties League (CNYCL) All League Second Team honors in 2015 and 2016...Member of the National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, and Latin Honor Society...Also played for Ethix lacrosse club.

Personal:
Born in Syracuse, New York...Daughter of Michael and Karyn Howe...Has a sister, Jessica, who competes in cross country and track & field at Marist College...Also has one brother, Michael...Majoring in nursing.
