Why Niagara?
"I chose Niagara University not only to expereince playing Division I baseball, but also for the Academic Exploration Program. Niagara was the perfect fit and will allow me to take my baseball career to another level, along with helping me find a major through the AEP program."

2015 (Junior)
Fuhrman led the team with a .340 batting average in 2015...He had the top on-base percentage in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) with a .476...Finished the season with a team-leading .490 slugging percentage...Had a fielding percentage of .987...Appeared in all 47 games and was a starter in 46 games...Was named to the All-MAAC Seond Team and the MAAC All-Academic Team at the conclusion of the season.

2014 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 49 games...Fuhrman hit .292 which was third best on the team...He was the team leader in homeruns and triples with three apiece...He also led the team in slugging percentage (.435) and on base (.413) which gave him an OPS of .848...He drew 23 walks on the season.

2012 (Freshman)
Played in 46 games as a freshman and made 43 starts...fourth in the team with 213 RBIs...collected four extra-base hits with three doubles and a homerun...second on the team defensivley with 120 assists...turned in a total of 10 multi-hit games.

Before Niagara
He played for Coach Tim Gingrich on the varsity team at Palmyra Area H.S. for three seasons...made two errors in 2012 at second base and checked in with a .425 average, 25 runs scored, and 20 RBI...named to the Pennsylvania AAA High School Baseball Coaches Association All-State first team as a second baseman, the Mid-Penn Conference All-Star team, the All-Lebanon County Baseball Team, and was awarded the 2012 County American Legion Outstanding Hitter Award...led the team in batting average his junior year with a .457 and earned his first nomination to the Mid-Penn Conference All–Star Team...During the summers, Fuhrman honed his craft with Elite Baseball of Lancaster and coaches Matt Werts and Matt Knox.
