Why Niagara?
"I decided to come to Niagara because it gave me an opportunity to get my Master's and finish my fifth and final year of lacrosse with an awesome team and a great coaching staff."
Before Niagara
Played lacrosse for three years at Longwood University in Farmville, VA...Did not play as a freshman at Longwood due to an ACL injury...Recorded a total of 105 points (48 goals and 57 assists) in three seasons with the Lancers...As a junior, made All-Tournament Team in the Big South...Team captain at Longwood as a senior.

Born in Baltimore, MD...Daughter of Ken and Kim Arndt...Has a brother, Scott, who played college baseball at Frostburg...Pursuing a Master's degree in sport management...Right shot.
