Linder comes to Niagara following an outstanding high school career for Jeff Baire at Weirton Madonna High School (WV)...He was a two-time West Virginia State Champion (2010 and 2012)...He made the West Virginia All-State team in each of his four years, collecting 1^st Team awards in two of those years...He was a four-year member of the All-OhioValley team again collecting two 1^st Team selections...His individual accomplishments were capped off by being named the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2012...The Burgettstown native finished his time at Weirton Madonna as the all-time leader in batting average, hits, runs scored, and doubles...Linder is second all-time in RBIs, home runs, and innings pitched while placing third in pitching wins...In addition to his high school success, He is coming off two successful seasons with Coach Tom Horew and the Allegheny Tigers of the Pennsylvania Elite Baseball League...The Tigers won a Championship in 2011 and made a return trip to the finals in 2012.
