 Why Niagara?: “I chose Niagara because it is a Catholic university that gives me a great opportunity to receive a solid education while playing Division I baseball.”
On the Field: He appeared in 16 games in 2010 and had a game start as a freshmen.  
Played at Saint Ignatius High for three years...Helped lead his team to the State Tournament during his senior year...Ranked in the top 100 among all high school baseball players in Ohio.
Personal: Born in Cleveland, Ohio...Son of Modesto and Angela Ruggiero...Has an older brother, Giovanni, and two younger sisters, Marissa and Sarina...Majoring in management.
