How it Happened
The Purple Eagles (2-25, 1-18 MAAC) struggled to contain the Peacocks' offensive attack, particularly guard Nikola Zdenkova, who finished with a game-high 27 points, including seven 3-pointers. Linda Amaning added 20 points and six rebounds for Saint Peter's (11-17, 9-10 MAAC).

Talia Dial contributed 15 points for Niagara, including three 3-pointers, while Amelia Strong added eight points and four rebounds. The Purple Eagles managed to trim the deficit to six points midway through the fourth quarter after a layup by Strong, but Saint Peter's responded with an 8-2 run to put the game out of reach.
