BLACKSBURG, Va. — Niagara battled against undefeated Virginia Tech on Thursday night, falling 83-46 at Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg, Va.
Tyasia Freeman led Niagara with 13 points while shooting an efficient 6-of-7 from the field.
Chasity Wilson contributed seven points and dished out four assists, helping facilitate the offense against a tough Atlantic Coast Conference opponent.
Niagara's bench provided valuable contributions, combining for 14 points.

Jade Campbell and
Kenedie Haruna each chipped in four points. Haruna also grabbed three rebounds and registered a block in her 12 minutes of action.
Talia Dial recorded six points and a tie for the team-high with two steals.
