How it Happened
Stoney Brook led wire-to-wire scoring five times before Maddy Gill found Andra Savage for the Purple Eagles first goal of the contest with 2:17 remaining in the first quarter.

After the Seawolves made it a 6-1 game, Crane picked up a ground ball with 10-seconds remaining and run the length of the field before finding Latray as time expired for the Purple Eagles second tally of the contest.

Stony Brook outscored the Purple and White 7-1 in the second stanza, with Niagara's lone goal being scored by Garlow on a feed from Latray. The Seawolves went into the break with a 13-3 lead.

Niagara would tally one goal in the third as Savage found the back of the net for the second time in the contest.

A 5-0 run by the Seawolves made it a 19-4 contest with 5:08 remaining in the final quarter of play.

Niagara would score three to finish the contest, getting goals from Braniecki, Savage and Crane to end the contest and give the game its 19-7 final.
