SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Purple Eagles lost the Siena Saints, 6-1, in the regular-season finale on Sunday. Three of the six singles matches went three sets.
 
MATCH SUMMARY
Doubles

• In one doubles, Erika Gonzalez and Megan Gamble edged Meagan Brown and Kylie Mullaney, 7-6.
• However, the Saints won in two and three doubles to earn the point. 

Singles

• Jaida Borg won in four singles, beating Emma Boggiali, 6-2, 6-3.
• The Purple Eagles lost in three sets in one, five, and six singles.

PURPLE POINTS

• The doubles team of Elena Mayet and Megan Gamble won their team-leading fifth match.
• Jaida Borg won her third straight match to improve to 5-1 in MAAC matches. She has seven wins which are tied for the team lead.
