After defeating Robert Morris in their last game, the Purple Eagles are back in action with a pair of contests. Niagara visits Saint Francis (PA) on Thursday, Sept. 5 at 3 p.m. in the final game of the three-game road trip. The Purple Eagles return home to welcome Houston Baptist on Sunday, September 8 at 1 p.m.
 
Scene Setter:
  • The Purple Eagles blanked Robert Morris, 2-0, on August 31 to improve to 2-1-0 on the season.
  • The Purple Eagles are looking to win three out of their first four contests for the first time since 2008.
  • Niagara leads the series with Saint Francis, 9-3, including a 2-0 win last season at Niagara Field with Annie Ibey and Kelsey Araujo providing the goals.
  • This will be the first matchup between the Purple Eagles and the Huskies in program history.
