Shaw Ties For First Place In NU's Tri-Match Split

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Sydney Shaw finished tied for first place in a tri-match with La Salle and Saint Francis (PA) on Saturday. Shaw fired an 80 (+9) for her highest career finish.

Sarah Godfrey tied for fifth place, carding an 82 (+11).

Susan Leone took sole possession of eighth place, with a score of 88 (+17), and Daniella Hopper tied for ninth place, carding an 89 (+18).

Samantha Bernardo finished in 15th place with a score of 93 (+22).

Allison Emborsky, who competed as an individual, shot 107 (+36) and finished in 17th place.

The Purple Eagles finished with a total team score of 339 (+55) to defeat La Salle, 339-352, and fall to Saint Francis (PA), 325-339.

Niagara is back in action Saturday, April 13, competing in the YSU Spring Invitational.
