Why Niagara?
"Niagara is close to home and has a really great science building for my major. When I met my future teammates, I instantly saw myself being part of the team. I know many people that said they went to Niagara and had the greatest time of their life; now, it's my turn."

On The Course

2018-19 (Junior)
Placed first in a dual match with Saint Francis (PA), firing a career-best 74 (+2) to earn her best finish...Finished in second place in a dual match with La Salle, carding an 80 (+8)...Carded an 82 (+11) in a tri-match with La Salle and Saint Francis (PA) to finish tied for fifth place...Tied for 15th place at the Bucknell Invitational...Led the Purple Eagles at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational, finishing tied for 18th place...Finished in 19th place at the MAAC Championships...Was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team. 

2017-18 (Sophomore)
Shot a career-low 78 (+6) in the third round of the Roseann Schwartz Invitational and finished tied for 34^th…Finished in 32^nd place at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational…Carded an 82 (+11) in a dual match with La Salle and finished in 7^th place…Placed 19^th at the Sand Ridge Shootout…Finished 10^th in a tri-match with La Salle and Delaware State…Finished tied for 8^th place in a dual match with Saint Francis (Pa.)…Placed 22^nd at the MAAC Championships

2016-17 (Freshman)
Shot 177 (+33) and tied for 45^th at Seahawk Invitational…Shot 79 (+8) in team's win at Saint Francis…Shot 263 (+47) and finished in 33^rd at the MAAC Championships…Shot 179 (+35) at Golden Grizzlies Invitational and finished tied for 37^th…Shot 167 (+23) at Roseann Schwartz Invitational and tied for 25^th…Finished 43^rd at Lehigh Invitational.

Before Niagara
Qualified for the state championships five times in her career...Her best state championship finish came in her junior season, when she placed third with a two-round total of 147 (+3) and was only four strokes off the lead; it was the best finish of all girls competing from Section VI...Godfrey competed in the Porter Cup at Niagara Falls Country Club, one of the top events that an amateur golfer can participate in, in both 2015 and 2016. 

Personal
Born in Buffalo, NY....Daughter of Fred and Laura...Has three siblings, Kristen, David and Fred...Is pursuing a liberal arts degree and hopes to someday become a veterinary technician.
