  • The Purple Eagles dropped a non-conference matchup to Hartford, 83-65, on Sunday, Dec. 3.
  • Victoria Rampado recorded her third double-double of the season with 25 points and 11 rebounds.
  • Dagny Davidsdottir recorded career-highs in points with 12 and blocks with four.
 
South Point Shootout
  • The Purple Eagles competed in the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout from Nov. 25-26 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • The South Point Shootout was the first in-season tournament Niagara had competed in since the 2011-12 season when the team competed in the Winthrop Classic in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
  • The Purple Eagles fell to Louisiana, 68-52, in their first game of the tournament. Victoria Rampado led the team with 19 points and 13 rebounds, recording her second double-double of the season.
  • Niagara picked up its first win of the season on Nov. 26, defeating Louisiana Tech, 73-67. Rampado led the team in scoring with 27 points to tie her career-high and also had a team-high six rebounds.
  • Rampado was named to the South Point Shootout All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the tournament.

Welcome To The 1,000 Point Club
  • Senior forward Kaylee Stroemple surpassed 1,000 career points in the Purple Eagles' victory over Louisiana Tech on Sunday, Nov. 26. Stroemple is the 24th player in Niagara women's basketball history to reach that milestone.

On The Court
Drexel Dragons (5-3, 0-0 Colonial Athletic Association)
  • Guard Aubree Brown leads the Dragons in scoring, averaging 10.9 points per game. She also leads the team in assists with 4.9 steals per game.
  • Forward Kelsi Lidge and guard Sara Woods also average in double figure scoring. Lidge averages 10.6 points per game and Woods averages 10.1 points per game.
  • Lidge leads the team in rebounding with 5.4 rebounds per game.
  • As a team, the Dragons average 65.3 points per game and 30.3 rebounds per game.
