Coach's Corner
  • "We weren't as aggressive for some reason in the second half," said head coach Jada Pierce "We could have moved the ball a little bit better. I think we just kind of went cold. Some of the shots that were falling in the first half, weren't necessarily falling in the second half and that happens sometimes. We'll look to do a better job on Sunday against Saint Joe's."

Inside the Numbers
  • McIntyre's nine points are the most she has scored in a single quarter in her career.
  • Rampado and Stroemple both had double-doubles in the game. Rampado led the team with 12 points and 15 rebounds and Stroemple had 11 points and 11 rebounds.
  • Stroemple led the team in assists with four and McIntyre had the team's lone steal.

Up Next
  • The Purple Eagles host Saint Joseph's for their home opener on Sunday, Nov. 12 at 12:00 p.m.
