Women's Soccer Takes On Cornell

NIAGARA UNIV., N.Y. - The Niagara women's soccer team (2-6-0) will head on the road to finish its non-conference schedule with a game against the Cornell Big Red (1-7-0) on Sunday at 3 p.m.

The Purple Eagles are hitting the road after recently finishing a four-game homestand. Niagara will be on the road for three contests, before returning home to host Rider and Loyola in early October.

Niagara is paced by sophomore Bre Catipovic, who has scored two goals, an assist and five points so far this season, while freshman Catherine Meyer and senior Laura Kimoto each have two goals and four points.

Following Sunday's contest, Niagara visits Saint Peter's at 3 p.m. on Sept. 30 to kick off its Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference schedule.
