NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. -- With the hope still on its side, the Niagara University women’s basketball team (13-14, 5-11) begins its final regular-season road trip with a stop in Loudonville, N.Y., Friday to take on Siena College (7-19, 6-10) at 7 p.m. in the Alumni Center.
The game will have live stats on Niagara’s Official athletic web site, PurpleEagles.com.
The Purple Eagles suffered a heart-breaking 70-67 loss to Manhattan in its last outing on Feb. 18. The loss was the squad’s third straight.
The Saints are also on a three-game losing streak after dropping a 74-57 game at Fairfield Monday.
Niagara trails 33-20 in the all-time series with Siena.
