NIAGARA UN., N.Y. -- Sporting a modest three-game winning streak, the Niagara University men’s basketball team (14-11, 8-5) continues its three-game road swing with a stop in Riverdale, N.Y., this afternoon to take on Manhattan College (12-12, 9-5) at 2 p.m. in Draddy Gym.
The game will be broadcast live on Niagara University’s official sports website, www.PurpleEagles.com, and tape delay on WJJL (1440 AM).
The Purple Eagles won their third consecutive game with a 63-59 victory over Saint Peter’s College Friday.
The Jaspers lost their second consecutive road game, losing at Rider, 75-68, Friday.
Today’s game is the 63rd meeting between the two teams, and Manhattan leads the all-time series, 42-20.
