NIAGARA UN., N.Y. -- After taking a break for exams, the Niagara University men’s basketball team (1-6) returns to action Saturday when it hosts Duquesne University (2-6) at 2 p.m. in the legendary Taps Gallagher Center.

The game can be heard live on WJJL (1440 AM) and be seen and heard on Niagara University’s official sports website, www.PurpleEagles.com.

The Purple Eagles lost in their last outing, falling to instate rival St. John’s, 86-64, Dec. 9. The Dukes where also beaten in their last game, 85-54, vs. West Virginia.

Saturday’s game is the 19th meeting between the two teams, and Duquesne leads the all-time series, 12-6.
