NIAGARA UNIVERSITY, N.Y. -- The Niagara University women’s basketball team (3-15, 2-7) closes the month with a single road game at Siena College (7-10, 3-4) Thursday at 7 p.m. in the Alumni Recreation Center.
The Purple Eagles are 1-1 in rematches this season after knocking off Fairfield University, 63-59, in the Gallagher Center on Jan. 22.
Siena enters the game on a losing note after dropping a pair of road games last week. The Saints lost at Marist (61-39) and at Loyola (74-59).
Siena leads the all-time series, 32-19, but Niagara has won the last two meetings, both in the Gallagher Center.
