NIAGARA UN., N.Y. -- The Niagara University men’s basketball team (4-0, 2-0) puts its four-game winning streak on the line when it returns to the friendly confines of the Gallagher Center to host Buffalo (3-3, 1-0) Saturday night at 7:35 p.m.
The game is part of a double header that has the Niagara women’s basketball team meeting the Buffalo women’s squad at 5 p.m.
The Niagara men’s team has had almost a week to prepare for the Bulls as it had exams this week. In its last outing, Niagara won its second Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference road game of the season with an 86-81 victory at Siena Dec. 6.
Buffalo enters the game on a three-game winning streak dating to Dec. 3. In a mid-week contest, the Bulls beat Colgate, 72-49, Tuesday in Hamilton.
