Fithall was named one of the team’s three captains in the fall leading up to the 2020 season.

Having played in 54 games over her first three seasons, Fithall notched 21 goals, 10 assists, and 38 shots on goal in those contests. Defensively, she also picked up 36 ground balls, 28 draw controls, and 15 caused turnovers. 

Her most impactful season on the scoresheet came as a freshman, when she posted career-highs with 16 points (13 G, 3 A), 16 ground balls, 13 draw controls, and eight caused turnovers. Her impressive season earned her a spot on the MAAC All-Rookie Team in 2017. Additionally, Fithall has made two MAAC All-Academic Teams during her time at Niagara.
