Dylan Sali

Sali enters his first season at Niagara in 2025-26. He most recently served as Assistant Coach of Wagner College’s Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving programs, producing 120 personal best times, nine school records, 36 NEC medals, and contributing to a second-place Men’s team finish at the Northeast Conference Championships.
 
Prior to Wagner, Sali worked as Director of Operations for Rutgers University Women’s Swimming & Diving program, where he helped guide the Scarlet Knights to their most successful season in Big Ten history and multiple new program records.
 
A former professional swimmer for Dinamo Bucharesti and member of the Romanian National Team, Sali was also a two-time MVP and record holder (100 Back, 200 Back and 200 IM) at Cornell University. He earned his B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Psychology) with a minor in Education from Cornell and holds a Leadership & Diversity Certificate from Wagner College.
