2024-25 • Junior
Played in 16 games with 15 starts...averaged 9.7 points and 4.5 rebounds in 23.0 minutes per game...shot 41.4 percent from the field and 72.5 percent from the free throw line...scored a season-high 16 points against Marist (Feb. 22), going 6-for-14 from the field and 4-for-4 from the line...recorded 14 points in the season opener at Syracuse (Nov. 5)...posted 13 points at West Virginia (Nov. 9)...grabbed a season-high 8 rebounds against both Mount St. Mary's (Jan. 4) and Marist (Feb. 22)...collected at least one steal in 10 games.
2023-24 • Sophomore
Played in 35 games while making 34 starts…averaged 8.9 points per game while pulling down 4.9 rebounds per game…led the MAAC in offensive rebounds with 104…recorded 15 blocks and 46 steals…finished second on the team in total points with 310…scored a season high 20 points in the MAAC Quarterfinals against Quinnipiac…had double digit points in 16 games…recorded 10 or rebounds in four games while recording a double double against Le Moyne in the WNIT First Round

Came off the bench in 22 games while averaging 7.9 minutes per game…averaged 1.6 points per game and pulled down 1.5 rebounds per game…. had a season high five points against Marist on 12/17/22

Strong is a 6-foot-2 forward from Niagara Falls, N.Y., who played high school basketball at Cardinal O'Hara....She recorded 16.1 points per game during her high school career and finished with 1,040 points....She also grabbed 560 rebounds during her time at Cardinal O'Hara...Strong was a first-team selection twice and Monsignor Martin MVP, helping lead the Lady Hawks to three league championships during her time with the program...In the classroom, Strong was a recipient of the Gold Academic Award, and she plans to pursue a degree in psychology while on Monteagle Ridge.
