Before Niagara
Competing for Akron High School, her accomplishments in cross country included: team captain (2015 & 2016), team MVP (2012), as well as achieving “Cross Country First Team Niagara-Orleans League” status every year from 2012 to 2014. On the track, she was a middle-distance specialist, with accolades that included: team captain (2016), All-League 800 Champion (2015), member of the Niagara- Orleans League 4x4 and 4x8 league champion relay teams from 2013-2016, member of the school record-setting relay teams for Akron (4x800 and distance medley), in addition to being a Section 6 State Qualifier in every outdoor season from 2013-16. Also committed to academic success, Kylee received Scholar Athlete recognition, achieved High Honor Roll, was the Section 6 Art Remier Scholarship female recipient, and was also a student government member.
