2022-23 (Graduate)
XC: Competed in all six XC events in her final season at Niagara. Turned in her best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classis with a time of 19:02.9 which was a new career best. Posted a season best 23:00.1 at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh on Sept. 30 in the 6k.
T&F: Competed in five events this season, registering her seasons best time in the 800 with a 2:21.64 at the St John Fisher Cardinal Classic. Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2021-22 (Senior)
XC: Team’s first place runner in all 2021 competitions in which she raced (Little 3 Championship, Yellowjacket Invite, Canisius Classic, MAAC Championship)...2nd overall finisher at the Little 3 Championship, 6th overall finisher at the Canisius Alumni Classic...Competed in NCAA East Regional Championship...Made MAAC All-Academic Team...Promoted to team co-captain for the 2022-23 school year. 
TF: Placed 4th in the 1500 at the UB Spring Opener...Placed 6th in the 1500 at the UB Team Invite...Placed 7th in the 800 at the UR Alumni Invite...Set personal best of 4:53.53 at UB Team Invite...Performance ranks her 4th on the all-time NU list (team established 2014)...Awarded “Purple Eagle” team award for women’s track & field...Made MAAC All-Academic Team...Promoted to team co-captain for the 2022-23 school year.

2020-21 (Junior)
XC: Did not compete due to COVID-interrupted season.
TF: Competed in the 800m and member of 6th place 4x800m relay team at MAAC Championship...Made MAAC All-Academic Team.

2019-20 (Sophomore)
XC: Placed 2^nd in Little 3 Championship in 19:35, 2^nd team scorer, set new personal best in collegiate 5k…Set new 6k personal best at Yellowjacket Invitational (23:57), 2^nd scorer for team, placed 28^th (of 218 runners)…Set new personal best in 6k (23:08) at Paul Short Invitational, 3^rd scorer on team…3^rd scorer on team at Canisius Alumni Classic (20:01)…2^nd scorer for team at MAAC Championship…NCAA Regional competitor, set new road personal best in the 6k (22:40), 2^nd scorer for team. MAAC All-Academic team.
TF: Season did not start and was cancelled due to COVID-19 outbreak.

2018-19 (Freshman)
XC: Competed in four meets...Set 5k Niagara personal best at Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 13) with a time of 19:43.
TF: Returned from injury for shortened outdoor season. Placed 7^th in 3000m at Monmouth Invite…Placed 4^th in 1500m at Alfred State Invite…Placed 9^th in 800m at University at Buffalo Invite…Ran season best of 2:25 in 800m at MAAC Championship…member of 7^th place 4x800m relay team at MAAC Champs.

Before Niagara:
Cicero-North Syracuse High School cross country team captain (2017, 2018)...Four-time All-League Team honoree (2014-2017).
