Biography
Why Niagara?
"I chose Niagara because I felt that it was the best place for me not only athletically, but academically as well. The education program at Niagara is great and that was really important to me. Niagara also allows me to participate in Division I basketball, which has been a goal of mine for a long time. I fell in love with the school the first time that I visited and the coaching staff and team were all very welcoming."
2018-19 (Junior)
Played in 20 games and started in one…Finished the season with a perfect free throw percentage…Scored a season-high three points twice…Was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2017-18 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 15 games...Had a season-high six points and four rebounds against Drexel on Dec. 7...Was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2016-17 (Freshman)
Played in 30 games and started 29...Averaged 6.5 points per game, 2.4 rebounds per game and 1.2 assists per game...Scored a career-high 13 points at Saint Peter's on Dec. 30...Brought down a career-best nine rebounds at Cleveland State on Nov. 23.Â
Before Niagara
Played at Cumberland Valley High School as well as playing club basketball for Team Pennsylvania...Baughman helped Cumberland Valley win the Mid-Penn Conference Championships during her sophomore and junior seasons...She earned the Miss PA Basketball Banquet 3-Star Athlete Award her junior year...Entering her senior season, Baughman was USA Today nationally-ranked (10th) and Max Preps nationally-ranked (14th).
