“I chose Niagara because I felt comfortable and I felt like I was at home. I knew I would fit in great with the team on the court. I also knew that I would graduate in four years with a great education and better attitude on how to live my life.”
 
High School (Romulus / Walled Lake Western)
During her senior campaign at Romulus, Nichols was named second-team all-state after averaging 12.1 PPG and 6.1 RPG…The 5-foot-7 guard was a Western Wayne Athletic Conference first-team selection in her junior year when she averaged 8.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game…At Western, where she spent her first two seasons, Nichols was an all-league selection. As a freshman, she scored 11.7 points and hauled in 3.9 rebounds per game. Her sophomore season, she improved her game and was posting 16 points and five assists per contest.

Born in Detroit…Daughter of Lashawn and Darrick Todd…Has five brothers and three sisters…Currently majoring in Business Management.
