Why Niagara?
"I have known Coach Pierce for a while, so I got really excited when she gave me an opportunity to play for her. I felt really welcomed on my visit and knew right away that Niagara was a place where I could get better as a basketball player and get a good education at the same time."

2018-19 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Played in 31 games and started in seven…Averaged 3.8 points per game and 3.5 rebounds per game…Scored a season-high 11 points against Coppin State on Dec. 15…Brought down a season-best seven rebounds versus St. Bonaventure on Nov. 6…Was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2017-18 (Sophomore)
Appeared in eight games before missing the remainder of the season due to injury...Had a career-high 12 points and four blocks against Hartford on Dec. 3...Brought down a career-best nine rebounds against Cleveland State on Dec. 1...Was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team. 

2016-17 (Freshman)
Appeared in 29 games as a freshman and averaged 1.6 points per game and 1.7 rebounds per game...Brought down a career-high seven rebounds in her collegiate debut against St. Bonaventure on Nov. 11...Scored a career-high eight points against St. Bonaventure (Nov. 11) and Fairfield (Jan. 29).

Before Niagara
Davidsdottir played for Iceland's Under 15 (2012), Under 16 (2012-2013) and Under 18 (2015) national teams...Davidsdottir was named the Hveragerdi's Basketball Player of the Year in both 2013 and 2015, and Hamar's Basketball Player of the Year in 2014... Davidsdottir also played two years of basketball in the United States at The Westtown School in Westtown, Pa....In the 2015-16 season, her senior season, she played in 13 games and averaged 8.6 points per game, 4.6 rebounds per game and 1.3 assists per game.

Born in Reykjavik, Iceland...Daughter of Gudrun Hafsteinsdottir and David Davidsson...Siblings Hafsteinn and Haukur Davidsson...Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management.
