XC: Ran in three races in the fall...finished 40th at the Little Three Championships...set a PR at the National Catholic Invite with a time of 24:14.5...turned in a 6k time of 30:29.9 at the Paul Short Invite
T&F: Ran in all six track meets in the spring...turned in seven individual top 10 finishes...won the 400 hurdles at the Cortland Alternative...finished sixth in the 400 hurdles at the MAAC Championships...was a member of the 4x400 that took home silver at the MAAC Championships.

XC: DNP in XC in 2022
T&F: Competed in five events as a freshman. Ran her season’s best time of 1:06.50 in the 400H at the Metro Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championship. Named to the MAAC All-Academic team.

Before Niagara
Was a three-time outdoor track MVP and was selected as the indoor track MVP for the 2021-22 season...Was the Onondaga Central School Most Outstanding Female Athlete in 2022....Was the Weedsport Invitational Women's Outstanding Track Athlete in 2022...Was an OHSL Patriot American League champion in the 600m and the 400 hurdles...Was a Section III Class A champion in the 400h...At the NYSPHSAA state meet, placed seventh in the 400h.
