XC: Set a new personal best in the Little Three Championships with a time of 20:00.7 and a tenth place finish...set a new 6k personal best at the NCAA Northeast Regional 
T&F: Ran five events for the Purple Eagles while setting PR's in both the 1500 and 5000...set the 5000m PR at the UB Alumni Invite with a time of 19:35.57...set a PR in the 1500m at the MAAC Championships with a time of 5:07.49

2022-23 (Sophomore)
XC: Competed in five events as a sophomore, receiving a season’s best finish in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 24:11.0. Named to the MAAC All-Academic team.
T&F: Competed in five events as a sophomore this season, recording a season’s best time of 2:28.50 in the 800 at the UB Spring Opener, and a time of 5:07.53 in the 1500 at the UB Alumni Invitational.

XC: Team’s 5th place runner at the Yellowjacket Invite, Canisius Classic an MAAC Championship...Awarded “Most Improved” team award for cross country..Competed in MAAC Championship and in the NCAA East Regional Championship.
TF: Set personal best in the 800 at the UB Spring Opener...Placed 9th in the 800 at the UB Spring Opener...Set personal best (improved by seven seconds) in the 1500 at the UB Team Invite..  Awarded “Most Improved” team award for women’s track & field.

Before Niagara
NFL champion for 4x800m relay in 2019...Was an NFL First Team selection in 2019 and 2021 and an NFL Third Team selection in 2018...Earned the Charles T. Pelcin Outstanding Senior Athlete Award...Was a high honor roll student and a member of National Honor Society...Played soccer for the NWAA Lady Wolves.
